| Frederick H. Kruck, Jr., (Member) born at Parris Island, South Carolina, but moved to Virginia by the age of two. Mr. Kruck received undergraduate degrees in Political Science and in Communications (Radio/TV/Film) in 1980 from James Madison University. He graduated from George Mason University School of Law in 1983, and practiced law in the Northern Virginia area before moving to Warrenton in 1993.
